Trashed Airplane Garbage and trash filled the seats of an Airbus A332 aircraft after the conclusion of a Philadelphia Eagles charter flight from Seattle to Philadelphia last year. Photograph posted by FlyerTalk member tod701 on December 12, 2013.

No photos... and you’ll thank me for that favor after reading.

08 JAN DL1742 ATL>SNA. Pair in 4A/B. Woman in 4A is *egregiously* loud for the ENTIRE flight (I’m assuming it was alcohol-induced). So much so that many F pax are turning their heads and complaining to the FA (who mentions it, but has zero effect).

About half way into the 4-hour flight things begin getting amorous between them, and the loud conversation turns raunchy, for 2 hours. Unfortunately, I'm in 3C so even the slightest tilt of my head and I can see what’s going on. I’m no prude, mind you, but what was going on was 100% X-Rated. Complete with her high-decibel verbal play-by-play.

It was even worse than it sounds, believe it or not. Everyone, including the FA, was doing their best to ignore the show.

Didn’t seem like Tinder as there was no swiping and everyone was half naked.
Sounds like my former roommate, his sister was a DL employee so he did lots of FC traveling for free. Sometimes he would fly just for the free drinks and to try and "meet people" while flying. He said he sometimes do stuff like that just to see if he could get a reaction, "that way you know if someone is interested right away."

The FAs were cowards. We read accounts here of FAs threatening PAX over less.

Very young, going on his third year as a FA. Otherwise, he was excellent. I just think he was out of his element on this one. To be fair, the digital coitus bit was brief. The raunchy talk was not.

Sometimes getting backup is the answer. It is just not right to leave the other passengers to put up with it,

I would LOVE Delta SCs to step up to some rules likes this, and ENFORCE them. With the exception of smoking, these behaviors seem to be the norm in the clubs these days. I guess I'm getting old, but sheesh the club should be better than the gate, since we do pay for using it.

Cathay Pacific has released a list of guidelines for guests using the carrier’s airport lounges necessary to “ensure an enjoyable lounge experience for all.”
Among the guidelines put in place by Cathay Pacific:
  • To keep noise levels to a minimum, please wear headphones when using personal devices, set your mobile ringer to vibrate, and keep conversations low.
  • Smoking cigarettes, pipes or cigars (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted.
  • Please avoid placing your feet on any piece of furniture, including tables, chairs and other items.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, bare feet are not permitted.
  • To maintain quality hygiene and health standards, please use utensils when taking food from the buffet.
So if you’re planning on clipping your toenails in the Cathay lounge while vaping, you might want to do it elsewhere.

Speaking of 717s, I was lucky enough to be sitting across from a pax the other day who clearly is the most important person in the world. She was in 2B, and I was in 2D. She had a PDB order more complicated than what she probably orders at starbucks, but that was not really as noteworthy as what she said shortly after takeoff that I found quite disgusting in terms of rudeness. 3B gets up to use the lav and about 30 seconds later the lady in 2B stands up. She is holding her hand out so as to prominently display the giant diamond ring on her finger. A minute or two later (it didn't seem like that long a time), 3B emerges from the lav and 2B mutters loud enough for all of F to hear anyway "Jesus, took her long enough in there. If she is going to take so long, she should have gone back and used the one in coach." Unfortunately, it was pretty clear by the way that she carried herself she wasn't joking.

If I had been the passenger leaving the lav when she said that I would have said "oops...I have to go back" and then re-entered the lav. Made her wait some more

To be fair - it is.. And although I myself would never act as the person in your photo...I do feel for anyone who is stuck in the front row on any narrow body these days, especially on red-eyes. I'm one of those people with long legs who can't sleep unless they can stretch out (faced with the feet barrier, we get that annoying, itchy feeling going throughout the body making us want to kick a hole through the bulkhead, via the catering vestibule all the way to the cockpit...). So after one memorable night of torture when I was "upgraded" from one of those "no seat in front" exit rows to 1C - I am now happily swapping with unsuspecting poor souls giving them a chance to experience a life "up front".....

So if airlines don't want customers' feet up in the air in their so called "first class" - they should make it a real first class.

That's definitely one way to get pass travel privileges revoked lol
