Trashed Airplane Garbage and trash filled the seats of an Airbus A332 aircraft after the conclusion of a Philadelphia Eagles charter flight from Seattle to Philadelphia last year. Photograph posted by FlyerTalk member tod701 on December 12, 2013.

Seriously, you're calling this out as a "Hall of shame disgusting act...." ? At least he has his seatbelt on and his feet tucked in rather than stretched out as a trip hazard into the aisle. Where in all of (overweight) America will you not see people spilling out of their clothing ?....like pretty much everywhere (whether we like seeing it or not). In this case he looks like he is sleeping in a contorted position or reaching over for something.

Yeah. I don't think I'm overweight by most standards, but I do like to wear clothes that fit me. If I'm wearing a t-shirt and don't have my undershirt tucked in (or it's come untucked from, say, running through an airport and then stuffing a bag in an overhead bin) and then am reaching/bending over for something, there is a decent chance my shirt lifts up a little bit. There are certainly far more disgusting things I could do on a plane.

The guy didn't need Crack Spackle in the photograph, so we can be thankful for that.

Feet up on furniture at Delta SkyClub at MSP on 2018-11-05 at 16:15

Welcome to the SkyClub. I think I prefer shoes off, these shoes are quite dirty.

Looks like his feet/shoes are actually resting on a carry-on bag. Or am I looking at it wrong?

That's how it looked to me, in which case IMO you could call this uncouth, but not necessarily disgusting.

Looks like the feet are resting on a hand bag which is placed on the adjacent seat. Not the most shameful of offenses, but rude nonetheless.

I see nothing wrong with propping your feet up on your own bag.

Couldn't sneak a photo yet but currently boarding IND-ATL and the guy in 1A appears to be sexting with his wife/girlfriend/whatever. Photos are being received. He isn't even trying to like angle his phone toward the wall or anything.

So I wasn't able to get a photo (partially because of a very generous PDB and my tendency to nap through takeoff), but when I woke up halfway through the flight, 1A was flipping through a folder of DVDs. He then proceeded to select a movie and watch it on a portable DVD player. Like, a legitimate, standalone, not-a-laptop portable DVD player.

So at least on this flight, there was still a valid reason for them to include portable DVD players in the safety announcements!

Nothing wrong with putting your feet up on your own bag, but when one person takes up two seats and their feet are at almost eye level with those around them it's a bit different
