This also happens to flight attendants, at one airline they call it crop dusting when they let go smaller ones while serving the passengers.

I second. I have special socks though, which I wear on long flights to help with circulation. On domestic I keep my shoes on.

I think you over-estimate the amount of urine on the floor. Plus, I can look at the floor and if I see a big puddle, go to another bathroom/go get my shoes.

Thanks, but I would prefer not to risk the slightest pee splash....

BTW, I saw another person in same position on my left side across the aisle too in the middle of the same flight (lax-cdg). Kinda sad actually. Don't people understand that they are not at home...
