Wish I had thought to take out my camera today. Sitting in row four in first class of the MD-88 from CVG-MCO the guy beside me decided to use the armrest of the seat in front of him to prop his feet up.

savagery in the skyclub

I witnessed this doofus grab a bagel, then attempt to tear it in half, before leaving the remnants of it back in the bagel bin at this lga skyclub. Here is the evidence.

Why do I seem to have all the poop stories.

SLC-MEM yesterday I got to experience this lady changing her kids diaper in F and then handing it to the FA for disposal.

If I was in F on that flight I would've said something. People have no class or respect for others.

Unfortunately, First Class != Having Class
I'm afraid my experiences in the front are often worse than being in the back.

Yup that is where the DYKWIA hang out - kettles are usually in steerage

Seems like the perfect situation for noise canceling headphones. Not only would it preserve your hearing it would lessen the ambient noise from your seat mates' convo.

Coatracked?

I guess the pax sitting in front of Mrs. Dane1 does not imagine that anyone might find this to be intrusive. Being much more tolerant than me she did not say anything about it (nor take action re the pax in the D seat next to her who decided to spread his feet out on floor directly in front of her when he reclined - had it been me getting my feet shoved over it might have been heel-to-instep time...).

She was changing the baby on that big pillow (it spread across her whole lap and the center console)

To his credit, at least he didn't use his bare feet to tear it in half.

What the heck? What a pig.

There is a child changing thingy in the LAV... It's not that difficult. And yes, I have a little one.

What is it about air travel that compels people to act in ways in which they would never act at home or in public

The bare feet thing is a perfect example. Some offenders tell people to "stuff it" or to "stop looking at my feet", but would never dare expose their bare feet or prop their bare atop a table while eating at a restaurant (beach bars excluded).

Not Delta specific but the above picture reminded me of a recent experience in China. I was in a Walmart and walking through their bakery section where they have self-service pastries. Apparently someone took a bite out of this one but decided to put it back:

Did you feel it to test for slobber residue? That would have been the icing on the cake, so to speak.
