Trashed Airplane Garbage and trash filled the seats of an Airbus A332 aircraft after the conclusion of a Philadelphia Eagles charter flight from Seattle to Philadelphia last year. Photograph posted by FlyerTalk member tod701 on December 12, 2013.

Also, in an emergency she would have had to scramble to put on her lace up shoes.
Was this on the MD-88? I have sat in an exit row by the rear exit door on the MD-88 and the FA jump seat was very close to my seat but facing the opposite direction so we were facing each other. You should have offered her a foot massage. She might have comped you a drink.

It was a 757. I like the foot massage idea, or at least the comp beverage part!

Before anyone considers giving a foot massage, I suggest rewatching Pulp Fiction

Were you sitting in two seats to get your legs centered in the gap like that?

That person must have been turned completely sideways in their seat to get their hand in there like that. I hope they were asleep, otherwise that's just weird...

Unzipping your fly and arching your crotch forward, coupled with a loud groan, would have fixed that situation. Or, if you're lucky, it would have continued.

Caught this lovely family on PBI-ATL on Christmas Eve Day. The woman had a seat in FC, but she kept venturing to the back to visit a man and two toddlers in coach. When she was seated in her own seat, the man kept going up to FC with one of the kids in tow, either to visit with the woman or to use the lavatory with the kids. I was in the second row of coach - the noise and traffic resembled a circus. This picture was taken in-flight, by the way. The entire clan commandeered the wide exit row space near the jump seat and the lavatory.

Close-up of the woman's tootsies. I don't think she wore shoes for the vast majority of the flight. Compare to the pic above. Like mother, like daughter.

I didn't take photos but it was just one of those holiday travel days from JFK-LAS today. Didn't seem to be many medallions on this oversold flight as I was #3 of 4 for 2 BE seats.

Seated in 10D on a 738, I noticed 2 girls in 1AB with their shoes off and on the bulkhead wall, high enough for me to see in Y. Across the aisle from me, in 10AB, I noticed the same thing. Feet high up on the bulkhead. Even next to me in 10E, the man went shoeless, albeit, he kept his feet down.

As if that wasn't enough, I saw many passengers walking the aisle in their glorious socks towards the bathroom (no way in hell would I be shoeless in a plane bathroom).

I saw many disgusting things yesterday, such as gum stuck in very unfortunate places, feet on bulkheads. The one that baffles me, though, were the people (and many of them) that strolled around the airplane shoeless. Granted, they were all wearing socks (at least the people I saw). But they all went to the lav...in their socks...that just makes me cringe.
