Turn towards the feet on your armrest and cough or sneeze. After all, when sneezing or coughing, it would be polite to turn away from the people seated in your row - that the feet of the person happened to be there when you turned away from your seatmates in your row to sneeze or cough - oh well.

I really didn't know where to post this, & I really didn't want to start a new thread, so, here goes!
I just left the "D" LGA SkyClub men's room. A man was standing there "takin' care of bizness
