Your comment made me laugh so hard I almost teared up. You're absolutely correct... just begin the massage - you can't go wrong either way. Unless, of course, it's actually a dude.

Time to wear hazmat suits!
Gotta love this: seated in Economy Comfort (aisle seat) from DTW-SLC on Sep 12th. Guy across the aisle and one row back abruptly vomits in a truly volcanic fashion. No, he doesn't bend forward and reach for a bag. Instead, this buffoon throws his head back and tries to cover his mouth with his hands, which does nothing but spray barf in all directions.
By our count, he sprayed no less than seven (7) fellow passengers, including me. (The flight was perfectly calm, btw, with no turbulence and nobody else feeling discomfort, at least not until this guy erupted.) Classless SOB apologized to no one, and basically just tried to shrug it off. Felt really bad for the crew, which had to mop up his seat -- a 40 minute chore.

Haz mat suits are inexpensive and now, I will start to pack one in my carry-on. Along with plastic bags and the packages of anti-bacterial wipes. I have seen little children get sick, but this bozo probably felt ill for awhile and never even reached for the bag!

I wish I caught a picture of this. Last week at the end of a TATL a guy in row 1 went into the overhead, pulled out his deodorant, and proceeded to lift up his shirt to apply it... standing right there at the very front of BE for all to see.

This is when I am very glad FT doesn't have Smellivision, as I'd hate to find out one way or another IF is was truly needed. Although my preference might be for him to use the rest room to do it, if I was his neighbor and it was needed and the alternative was that he DIDN'T apply the deodorant, I am really glad he did!

Here's some bare feet on the bulkhead. At least the woman sitting next to me was short, so she couldn't give a show to everyone else in F.

A Fistfull of toes
This might take the cake. Flying ATL>SNA yesterday riding in EC window 757-200 and I think was 39/87 for upgrade. As soon as the boarding door closes I feel something on my armrest, but window side. Now instinctively I would normally turn around or try and maneuver to see before I acted to find out if I dropped something or whatever. This time, I just reached with my arm to the back of the armrest and much to my dismay, got a handful of toes. Now two things here. 1. Really? Civilized people do this, putting your feet up on someone's armrest. Completely ridiculous. 2. Do you honestly think I won't notice something on my armrest in a 4 1/2 hour flight across the country. I've read scattered reports on this and yes have seen some photos of people putting their feet on the bulkhead, but c'mon. Anyway, hand full of toes and literally push them away from my armrest of which the foot never returned. Turned around and if course the person wouldn't look at me. Didn't bother making a scene, I'm guessing a squeezed pinky was justice enough. Thoughts?
