I probably would not have taken this picture, but the guy had been leaning over me to put one bag above me (across the aisle from his seat), then leaning away and bending over and backing into me while adjusting his stuff and putting another bag above his seat. And he then repeated both efforts a couple of times to make various OCD adjustments to his junk. Believe me, this was a much less disgusting view then when it was in my personal space at roughly eye level.

Haha I was wondering the same, normally I'd associate adjusting ones junk with something other than luggage.
Given the dimensions of airplane lavs and looking at the photo I'd surmise using the toilet on the flight would be rather challenging
