Didn't get a picture (scratch that, didn't WANT to get a picture) but a couple just changed their baby on the floor of the DCA Sky Club. They managed to get an entire area of the club to themselves after that as everyone else got up and moved.

That's just disgusting. There are bathrooms for that.

The SC staff should have kicked them out. Not right on so many levels.

No, actually, there aren't. Some places have it as a policy (shoes because of broken glass they don't want to get sued for).

Actually, some county health departments do have such a local code. I was formerly a Registered Sanitarian involved in food service establishment inspections and our county had such a rule in place.

In the land of the beach bar, it's more 'no shirt or shoes, no problem' at a lot of places right at the beach.

I just wish there wasn't the odd person wandering through the Destin Publix grocery store in only a bathing suit and flip flops during the summer.

Thanks for the info. I was aware that no state did.

There's a fashion trend of wearing shoes without socks or stockings so when those people kick their shoes off, it's bare feet. And there are old frat guys who never outgrew it.

I'd have no problem with that if this "person" you speak of were a cute mid-20s girl.

That was my first thought as well. Depends on what they looked like walking down the aisle.

I've seen someone in the Niceville Wal-Mart in only jeans. No shoes and no shirt. I'm not even sure it was summer.

If early-20s is acceptable you should visit during March. Just don't try to drive anywhere with Spring Breakers on the road.
