Just wondering if the fact you are not logged in might give Delta some kind of defense as to your less than stellar search results. Of course I understand why you did not log in but just curious if that might hurt what is otherwise a very clear description of a very frustrating process.

It went through a couple iterations as people on this board provided feedback. The old versions were taken down, but this final one lives on. Sadly YouTube doesn't offer a feature to update already uploaded videos, so the link changed a few times.

Delta will someday realize that social media is bigger than something that just hiring 12 people to respond to tweets can manage. If you lie to and neglect a customer base as large as Delta's, eventually they will rally together.
If every delta medallion (much less all other skymiles members) were to share this link, it would go viral in hours. Surely this isn't something that only FTers care about!
