Ewr to europe on delta overbooking

Since most european flights (on KLM/AF/DL) from EWR have been discontinued, it appears that EWR-AMS on DL is one of the only ones left. Would this result in a higher chance of overbooking on such a flight, especially in the summer season?

An oversale is simply evidence of an overbooking strategy gone bad: fewer no-shows than expected for a specific flight. If anything, relative lack of rerouting opportunities from EWR (that wouldn't demand IDB compensation) should have the DL/AF/KL/AZ venture play overbooking a little conservatively.
