Null - Status?

Null - Status?
Just logged on to snag a flight to PHL and my history is gone and my status says NULL. Called up the Diamond Line and she sees the same thing. Tried a search but didn't see anything.
Anyone ever seen this before?

yes, saw it today on my account as well. Stayed that way for several hours but has since corrected itself.

I got two Pageonce alerts last week: Balance changed to “0”, and Status changed to Null. I immediately panicked , thinking my account was hacked, but when I logged on to Delta.com, everything was as it should be. The next day I got two more Pageonce alerts, Balance changed to xxx.xxx miles, Status changed to Diamond.

Yeah, it's just a case of the hamster falling off the wheel in IT - They are very aware of it and are chasing the little booger down as we type. Last I heard, they had started a biscoff trail so all should be up and running shortly.
