delta.com - MyAccount (and view itineraries by skymiles number) down?
This morning it seems like any function that requires access to my skymiles account (or my wife's) isn't working. I keep getting the error "we are unable to access your skymiles account please try again in a few minutes."
Cleared cookies, cache and switch browsers / devices - anyone else having any issues?

Well at least it's not just me - I DMed @DeltaAssist - but am headed out to the airport in a few. It would be great if Delta posted on their site when the SkyMiles section was under maintenance or unavailable. 30 seconds work to make sure people don't get worried there is a problem with their account.

The website says to..."Please try to log in again in a few minutes." Haha - I've been trying to log in for the last 90 minutes. Somebody at Delta has to know that it was going to last more than a few minutes!!!

Well, it's a universal rule that you TELL PEOPLE if you know your customer-facing systems are going to be unavailable because of planned maintenance, and the time period fits for that.
However, since the message doesn't fit the outage time and instead seems to be a canned one, I wonder if this outage was planned.
Are Ticket and Gate agents able to access Delta's Database? Wondering if this is a front end problem only, or if it's a more serious one with the DB.

Figures. Been talking about an impromptu trip to Jamaica for two days now, and when we've finally got all the logistics worked and am ready to book, the stupid website is down. Guess I'll have to a call 'em and see if they'll waive the phone fee.

Still down for me as well. Got the same message earlier and got in on the second try about 0130 on the West Coast. Looks like an unplanned issue and we all know just how fast Duhlta will get somebody to fix it.
