Batteries are no longer available as a filler. Just search $0 and $1 and sort by price accordingly...
Deal is not dead for 1h45m.

Seems to still be posted a few minutes after the deadline, and the 25000 skymiles earned is still on submit screen. Not sure I'd still risk it, though.

They say MST, which in AZ it is just now 11:10PM unless I am missing something. Got my last 4 orders in on my new credit cards to hit the minimum spend. If this all works I will be one happy camper.

The deal specifically says 11:59PM MST.

Hope you didn't get them in just now. At the sound of the tone, the time will be 12:15 AM MST.

Ding.

I got them before anyway, but what am I missing?

Good. I finally bit the bullet about 45 minutes ago. I debated it all night but did decide to go in for one order.

Clicking your link, it tells me it's 12:20 AM MST.

EDIT: My bad, didn't scroll down the page to see there are two clocks there. I have to assume that SkyMall is based in Arizona since that would be the only state using MST right now. The rest of the Mountain timezone is on Mountain Daylight Time right now, where it is past midnight. Now if SkyMall is not in Arizona and someone is just now ordering, they could have an argument on their hands.

Checked, and they are indeed in Phoenix.

So anyone who's participated in an offer like this with Skymall in the past, how long did it take to get the miles?

Just want to put in a big thanks to the OP. Great contribution from a guy who has been around almost 10 years and posts at the rate of 6 posts per year!

Great find and great share.

thanks op and congrats to everyone who got in. i did not go big... just one order of two $269 samsung galaxy internet players (android ipod touches basically)

nobody else noticed that skymall return policy is 60 days (i.e. within the 6-8 weeks for point to post) and amex return protection is 90 days, after the miles should have posted???

Before shipping charges my order was 499.93, the 25,000 miles showed up on screen and receipt, shipping and taxes, added almost 90 extra. These are items I've been wanting for a while so hopefully the miles will come through.

That's another option, but I don't know the details behind my specific card's return protection (Chase OnePass Plus). I know that they have it and my Chase Sapphire Preferred is 90 days also, but I don't specifically know about the one that I bought them on.

But, if that does in fact work, I may just use the Return Protection and not bother with the selling of them on ebay at all! Although, I'm sure that there will be plenty of people on here to quickly tell me how unethical that would be...
