No CVG-MSY non-stop on 12/3 only?

Trying to book a flight back for Saints-Lions game and I found an anomaly. There is no non-stop flight scheduled in either direction on Sat. Dec. 3. The flights appear on the schedule before and after that. (I mean in the flight schedules at DL.com as well as other travel sites not just seats available.)

Anyone got any ideas why this would be?

They don't fly the CVG-MSY direct on Saturdays.

Are you sure? When I look at DL's electronic schedule, I see DL 3210/3211 as a CVG-MSY-CVG round-trip operated by a Mesaba CRJ on 12/3.

12/3/2011
DL 3210
CVG 09:05
MSY 10:06
CRJ
MESABA DBA DELTA CONNECTION

DL 3211
MSY 12:00
CVG 15:01
CRJ
MESABA DBA DELTA CONNECTION

Yes. I'm looking at DL's download-able schedule with the most recent updates.

Yeah, I've since investigated further and see you're correct.

I was looking at Delta's desktop program and always click "yes" when it asks me to update, so I assumed what I was seeing was accurate. I did a forced download of new data and, indeed, the non-stop is not there.

Thanks. Based on the other post and my personal experience, they used to have one non-stop even on Sat. Wonder when it stopped....

Likely due to lack of demand. A lot of the business travel goes in on the weekdays, and the leisure folks tend to fly in Friday and fly out Sunday. No point in flying a high-cost RJ on a route that likely won't cover its operating costs for that day.
