Can't book... IT problem?
 
Anyone else having trouble booking flights right now? Maybe an IT problem?

Not for revenue tickets, but the award booking engine has been a little fussy this evening... (then again, when is it not?)

I had issues booking online and called - they booked me on the phone and waived the phone booking fee.

Took me about an hour of fighting with Revenue Management to find a fare (Price was fluctuating between 595 and 850, same U7LC Fare). When finally found it, the system didn't let me book it and asked me to contact Delta.

Yes, I had problems yesterday trying to book a flight using a partial ecredit. I thought that maybe it was because I was using a different credit card, but I finally gave up and just have my travel person book. I guess Delta will get to yet that $60 credit. Too hard to book.

What is the best way to search for award tickets for Delta?

About an hour ago, DL melted down when I chose to spend an ecredit on a multi-city itinerary. I had to log off and clear cookies to get it to work.

Big problems yesterday. Talked to WEB-IT, they confirmed issues...unknown resolution time.

EGAD!!!!! How did they know that!?!?!?!

Actually, I had the problem yesterday as well. Everytime I got to the Purchase page, I got the "Sorry" page. Called the Medallion desk and booked via phone. Great service from the CSR and no charge for booking via an actual person. I did mention the problem on the web site and she certainly recognized the problem.

You're GM... of course there are no charges for booking through a rep. I wonder if kettles had to pay during the outage.
