*Note: This version has 13-14CDE as preferred seats, not C+. This configuration does not have doors near the engines (like the 764 does) and does have 2 over-wing exits (like the 76L/76T). There are lavatories near the over-wing exits (20-21CDE do not exist).

1521 N394DL…reactivated Aug 3 2021. Not expected to receive ViaSat IFC. will retire by end of 2024 as a 76Zv2.
*Note: This version has doors near the engines (like the 764) and only has one over-wing exit. There are lavatories near the 2nd set of doors (13-14CDE do not exist). Unlike all other 767 versions Delta has, there isn't a lavatory set near the over-wing exits (because they are near the 2nd set of doors).

N1611B
N1612T

*Note: This configuration is used inclusive on SEA-PVG, ATL-LOS. It also frequently works SEA-ATL to provide rotation. These aircraft do cover flights to Europe All 36J seats will be sold because it has a crew rest module installed. Also, the Y seats are the older ones like the 777 with the older IFE system (only 767-300ER type with that, all others are the newer seats/system).
**All retired 6/30/2020 due to COVID-related fleet simplifications

What DL is believed to do is put all flights with 26J as the 76Z Version 2 configuration and then change it to 76Z Version 1 closer to departure as needed. If you select 20-21CDE when it is 76Z Version 2 and it changes to 76Z Version 1, it should seat you in 13-14CDE considering that 20-21CDE doesn't exist on the configuration it changed to. All other seats are numbered the same regardless of Version 1 or 2, although there may be minor differences such as row 20 being an exit row on Version 1.

1708 is showing a repositioning flight to ATL on Monday. Could it be close to entering service with the new cabin?

1708 has finally exited MCI to ATL. Not sure when it will enter service or when the full mod lines will start (assume after summer): https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/n178dz

Per a post on a.net:
Looks like the current plan is to install premium select on 19 767-300s.

So, all the GE-engined B767-300ERs (there are a total of 14 and which are the newest in DL's B767-300ER's fleet) will receive the PS upgrade, which leaves only 5 of the PW B767-300ERs to receive the change. Might we suggest that the newest 5 will be the ones chosen? (N197DN, N198DN, N199DN, N1200K, N1201P) built in either 1997 or 1998.......or will the choice be the least amount of cycles / hours used......or using either scale, the list will be the same?

N192DN (192) is DL's last "Z1" B767-300ER version to return to service (un-retired). They still have 5 "L" version B767-300ER frames to be returned if need be. all "T"'s have been sold and the small hand-full of Z2's will stay retired.

.....ooops.....I may have spoken too soon. DL still has 4 "Z1"s still kinda retired (stored). N186DN, N187DN, and N194DN has been at MZJ for over a year and N196DN has been at VCV for over 6 months.

Refurbished 763ER (N178DZ) with PS and updated cabins

TPG has a write-up with good pics of the updated 763ER

Onboard Delta's first retrofitted Boeing 767 with snazzy new cabins (thepointsguy.com)

Is it just me or are the old screens still in business, whereas PS has the newer higher def ones?

Looks like the old screens. It looks like they just replaced some of the components of the seat and in the process updated the color scheme / branding to match the D1 suites found on other planes but they didn't actually put in new seats so the screens stayed as is.

That's really too bad about those old screens. They date the product significantly!

This is the case even on the non-PS modded 763s. D1 had the old lower resolution screens while Y and C+ have the newer HD Panasonic screens.

While the lack of new screens in the business cabin is disappointing, I do think the refreshed seats LOOK better…and it does sound like they put in the new memory foam seats too. I’ve found those make a huge difference.

It seems strange to me that the didn't include the exit row seats as Comfort Plus since the new cabin is much smaller and the exit row seats are right behind the last row an obviously offer a ton of room...
