*Note: This version has doors near the engines (like the 764) and only has one over-wing exit. There are lavatories near the 2nd set of doors (13-14CDE do not exist). Unlike all other 767 versions Delta has, there isn't a lavatory set near the over-wing exits (because they are near the 2nd set of doors).

*Note: This configuration is used inclusive on SEA-PVG, ATL-LOS. It also frequently works SEA-ATL to provide rotation. These aircraft do cover flights to Europe All 36J seats will be sold because it has a crew rest module installed. Also, the Y seats are the older ones like the 777 with the older IFE system (only 767-300ER type with that, all others are the newer seats/system).
**All retired 6/30/2020 due to COVID-related fleet simplifications

What DL is believed to do is put all flights with 26J as the 76Z Version 2 configuration and then change it to 76Z Version 1 closer to departure as needed. If you select 20-21CDE when it is 76Z Version 2 and it changes to 76Z Version 1, it should seat you in 13-14CDE considering that 20-21CDE doesn't exist on the configuration it changed to. All other seats are numbered the same regardless of Version 1 or 2, although there may be minor differences such as row 20 being an exit row on Version 1.

Any idea?
I don't think it's showing up in the schedule far in advance yet. I know these birds have appeared on either the CDG or AMS-MSP flights -- when looking on dl.com, look for 1-2-1 seating in J....that = lay flat seats/mods.

Edit - Looking at flight aware, the 767's with the mods that have been mentioned earlier in this thread have been ALL over!

Thanks for the finds clipper D, but it looks like the Pacific is getting most of the love.
I believe ACC getting it is due to it being so close to 12 hours. (the 76Ts, the only ones with lie-flats) are the only 12+ hour 67s in the fleet. If JFK-CAI/AMM were around or come back on 67s they will also have to be 76Ts.

while ACC is getting most of the love, I'm hoping that DL will show a little love on ATL to CDG next Tuesday. With CAI and AMM out of the equation, what I need is someone with some clout to be on that flight...maybe a 4 MM or better can make it happen!

This past Sunday, 11/13, the 763 from the NRT-SFO flight was deployed on the noontime SFO-ATL run. 2-2-2 BE seating up front, overhead video in the back.

not a lot of love for SFO. It seems that after the SFO - NRT run, the 763's, if not flying back to the states, then head down to HKG for the mods. Thats about as close as SFO-NRT gets to the refurbished bird,

IMO, aisle access is one of the biggest selling points of DL BE over, say, AF, KL, LH, UA...

The fifth 76T to be completed, ship 1613, just flew NRT-SFO-ATL yesterday (Nov 14), brand new from the mods.

Now the last two 76Ts (ships 1607 and 1610) are both in the shop; 1610 went in after 1613 came out, so given the refit schedules, 1610 should be out by the end of the year, thus fulfilling their "promise" to have all 7 76Ts done by the end of the year!

It also appears that FlightAware has been fixed as of today and is now showing routings by tail number again. Even better, they appear to have added most (if not all) of the registrations that were previously missing, including the newer MD-90s and some PMNW 757s and Airbuses.

yup! 1613 will be flying ATL - JFK as flight # 72 today (Wednesday). From there, its unknown where its going, but JFK - ACC is a good bet. Seems like a big waste... Only 5 seats assigned right now for tomorrow's flight to ACC.

Wonder when the TPAC routes out of SFO and PDX will be getting regular love from the new 767s. As mentioned, seems they only see the new bird on one run our of NRT while its being moved back to ATL to get sent to south america or europe.

it seems that the new 763's are getting rather cozy and steady on the JFK - ACC/ABV flights, SEA - KIX and SEA - PEK. That seems to be the pattern as of late. While I can understand KIX and PEK, ACC/ABV I do not. The loads up front seem very, very light. Why not continue to rotate them sporadically throughout the system, or at least throw it on routes that have a full J cabin.

Right now Delta is using 767-400 for ATL-EZE...but by February (Peak Season in EZE too) they downgrade for some reason to an old 767 with 2-2-2cradle seats.

Anyone know if ATL-EZE has a good chance of getting the 767-400ER back or one of the new 767 with 1-2-1 seats for February?
