IRS asks airlines to refund taxes

For an airline that wouldn't even forgo charging passengers the baggage fees if tickets were bought before such fees were implemented, I can't believe DL would make this process easy for anyone.

DL collected baggage fees from EVERYONE at the time and forced people to file for a refund if they bought their tickets prior to the implementation of the baggage fees. Pretty crazy considering every other airline just didn't charge pax who bought their tickets before bag charges were announced.
