Certificates or eCredits? Miles are based on miles flown and fare flown.

Delta has an online Airline Mileage Credit Request Form to request mileage credit.

prnt means the ticket has been printed ie turned into a paper ticket.

NOGO is another fun one. It's for when the ticket has been issued but when there is a payment problem that needs to be resolved before flying. That includes cases of potential CC fraud.

I have SWUs that expire 3/25/12. These SWUs no longer show in my Profile under Certificates because all the tickets in question have been reissued.

However, when I look at my next flight that uses SWUs (June to LHR) and I click the details button at the bottom of the itinerary on delta.com, a window pops up with 6 columns one of which says "coupon status".

I called the DM line and was told the SWUs for this flight are closed and the ticket reissued but am curious why the last column says "coupon status" if open simply means the ticket is open.

It's referring to the "flight coupon", not the SWU. If your fare basis ends in .PU503, everything's been reissued just fine.

I do see PU503 so all it set once I relearn all the LHR buses!
