I see very expensive TPAC FCM offers. I may have to settle with C+
SFO-SEA : $59 to F SEA-ICN : $3,491 to D1 (B767) ICN-SEA : $1,941 to D1 & No offer to PS (A339) SEA-SFO : $59 to F SFO-SEA : $59 to F SEA-ICN : $2,949 to D1 & $499 to PS ICN-SEA : $1,941 to D1 & $199 to PS SEA-SFO : $59 to F |
Doing a mileage run / solo mini vacation to BKK next month. Original main cabin fare was $1341. During checkout the website offered an upgrade to C+ for $82 or an upgrade to PS for $30. Yep, only $30 for PS. I definitely took it for a total of $1371 roundtrip. It still amazes me how the DL website glitches like that sometime, but hey, it was in my favor.
ANC-MSP: C+ to F. Shortly after ticketing there was an offer for $507. I decided to pass. After a few days it dropped to $382. I snagged it as very few F seats left and it’s the start of a 35 hour journey. SEA-ANC: C+ to F. $120 which is definitely worth it for a 3 hour dinner flight following a TPAC segment. So far I will pass on the absurdly high D1 offers. MSP-ICN showing $2500, and SEA-ICN showing $3700. I am excited to try PS for the first time! |
I've been watching the flight before mine to Vegas on Friday since it has more open F seats.
At the GM window, it is J9 and no OU space. I've never seen that many open seats and no upgrade space available. C+ is full, so I'm guessing many others are confused as well. Can't decide if I should switch since there are only 2 open F seats on my flight, or wait and go on my existing flight with my buddies in Y. |

Wow, I didn't do it out of principle :D It's a short flight and Y(-) is totally fine - also, now curious if my companion and I will get the UG! |

Wow ask for a double during drink service in C+ and you make money,
Bought X fare tickets to EYW recently @ $435 or whatever it was, maybe $5 more, in that range...whatever. C+ was $695 or something, F over $1400 for outright purchase. Now getting F offers each way for $900 and C+ for something like $500  Piss off, DL  |
0600 IAD-DTW-MCO on Mon 21 Oct ... FCM offers are $74/6900 miles for IAD-DTW and $154/14400 miles for DTW-MCO ... award ticket was 13500 miles (F was 22500; after-midnight arrival via ATL was 6500/17000, but I can't mess with SDC/SDS)

10/25 - ATL-IND
$119 or 11,100SM 10/27 - IND-ATL $549 or 51,500SM LOL |
New Years Day, ORD to DTW is $493.99 to upgrade from the bulkhead aisle C+ seat LOL. 2 of 9 seats sold in FC currently. When I booked this trip last week it was $155 on the screen to buy up for that segment. The outbound DTW/MDW on a Saturday was $66 at time of booking (also in bulkhead C+) wis now $171.49 with none of the 9 seats in a CR sold. I think even paying the $66 was absurd on a flight that is like 45 minutes gate to gate with one beverage service.

BOS-TPA on a T fare for 10-27-19 (one way fare).
Upgrade to F offer of $452.00. Selling D fares for $427.30. Probably burn a RUC as I have 4 to burn. |
BOS-DCA-BOS, upgrade to F was 6900 miles each way. Bought it both ways, seemed like a decent use of the constantly-devaluing miles.

approx $300 to upfare MCO-DTW-SEA, plus an additional $165 for the A339 Suites -- no thanks
however ... 50k miles to buy F outright ... |
Have my first DL non D1 flight to Europe for a work top. JFK LHR and then CDG JFK. Currently at 3800 for C+ to D1 on JFK LHR and 3850 for C+ to D1 CDG JFK.
Hard pass, but will be watching to see if it does go down at all |
