Rumor 150,000 bonus ATL to HKG or Narita?
 

Can anyone confirm a rumor that I heard from Delta staff member that Delta will be offering 150,000 skymile bonus for flights originating in Atlanta and going to HKG or NAR?:)

That seems to be too low. Why not a cool million?

You got it wrong... this is DL, so it'll be 150,000 MQMs. Subject, of course, to the 50% bonus for premium fares, so you can essentially make Diamond for 2 years with a single flight. :D

No, DL will give you 150,000MQMs but ALSO allow you to gift GM to 5 of your closest friends, and they can do the same to 5 of their closest friends. This way, we can contribute to the ranks of all those hard earned medallion flyers.

I didn't know Delta served Puerto Nare.

The one things they forgot to tell you is the flight will cost one-way $5995 in coach and round trip tickets are required and to qualify you must sit in the middle seat for the entire flight with someone on each side of you...... :D

i'd take the 150K though. i would sit in coach even.

For me, that's still 3.23 cents per mile and 9.17 cents per RDM. Not mileage runnable, but a nice bonus if you're on those routes anyway.

triple miles is nice if your already heading there, not enough for me to justify a MR
