Layover in NRT options

I fly thru NRT usually twice a year, ther's no way I would leave the secure area with only a 95 minute connection. You just never know what you're going to find at the security lines.

I did downtown Tokyo to the gate in 67 minutes yesterday. Land side transfer with 95 minutes should be no sweat.

I'll probably judge the situation when I land. I thought this thread was dead, but guess not, didn't know that there were so many replies.

I guess if I had more than 2 hours, I would do it, but like people said it's all about timing, gate position, and how crowded it is. I'm flying from HKG - NRT on Thursday, flight leaves at 8 AM. DL 638 April 28, flight completely open, I think I'm going to have my own row haha.
