As long as the Delta gods smile on me and my travel plans, tomorrow I will be completing the fleet (mainline AND connection).

I have an A332 from JFK-LAX and then the B744 from LAX-ATL.

As of this writing I have roughly 359,000 miles. (I just completed a DTW-BOS flight, and have a BOS-JFK coming up in an hour.)

Probably less than 50k if done right. There's a 747 coming up on LAX-ATL, so that's 1946. 777s are on DTW-ATL at 590. Don't think there's any A330s domestically right now, but you can often find them on JFK-ATL, same with the 767-300ER (I've had the -300 on ATL-MSP and the -200 on JFK-ATL for A330s). Plenty of <500 mile routes for the A319, A320, 737-7/8, 757, DC-9-50, MD-88, MD-90.
You can catch the A330 between ATL and LAX

I've been on all major variants except the 747 and the 777, although the only time I flew an A330 was on a PMNW DTW-MCO route. I keep trying to get a ride on the ATL-LAX 777 flight but the schedule never quite works out.

Where is Delta using all of the Airbuses (330 and 319/320)? Before the merger, it seemed like every time I flew NWA I was on one but have probably only seen one a handful of time since.

Out of MSP it seems. I fly the 319/320 all the time and the 330 a couple of times now. BTW, after next Friday, I will have flown every aircraft in the fleet and I have less than 250,000 MM.

With 2,921k MM miles this thread was fun to read but sure makes me feel old looking back to many former aircraft. I spent way too many BIS miles on an aircraft that I still miss, the 727.

That explains it. I'm very rarely at MSP. It's all DC9s and 757s it seems flying through ATL.

Know how you feel. Because of the dehubbing of DFW I haven't been able to fly the 747 & A330 yet.

I often wonder if it hadn't been for the two accidents here what might have still been.

You and me both. I loved the 727s, the intimate 1st class cabins, the wide cloth seats and large tray tables, as well as Delta's incredible service of the 1980s that won me over for life.

This 2 MM (just short of three):
- Haven't been on a DL (NW) 747 (though I have with UA)
- Haven't done a E170 with DL
- Did a A330 while it was still NW

Have yet to add the A380 (yes I know DL doesn't fly them) and missed the chance for a trip on the Concorde. Looking forward to a chance at the 787!

I certainly don't miss that orange/red interior color, though!

Closing in fast on 1M and largest plane I flew on was the 757 or A320 with Delta. I've flown on most of the fleet types from the bottom up to the 757 (maybe not all the variations). Most of my trips are cross country with a stop at a hub so they are usually MD90/A319/E175 or some combinations.

I've done lots of others with other airlines. I've probably hit most of the types in use today except for the 787 and as far back as the DC3. Had a chance at the Concorde and I wish I had taken the opportunity. Ah well.
