Wrong Credentials package?
So I received my creditials package today for Gold Medallion. My skymiles account currently shows Platinum. I think I was bumped to Platinum in early January as a goodwill gesture - I received a status match to Gold in June 2010, started flying Delta in August 2010 and did about 60K BIS miles in 4-5 months. My gold rollover of aprox 10K miles disappeared and I became plat, and my upgrades are clearing earlier (when they clear...which isn't 50% of the time even).
Anyway, shouldn't I have received a platinum package or am I just platinum without the choice benefits? Not sure if I should call Delta...I wouldn't mind the extra miles.:confused:
