Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding our loyalty program. On
behalf of everyone at Delta Air Lines, I sincerely apologize for any
misinformation you have received.

I am truly sorry to learn of your disappointment with certain policies
of our SkyMiles program, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond to
you. We have not discontinued our offer regarding rollover Medallion
Qualifying Miles and I apologize if you were informed to the contrary.
Your feedback is important to us as we are constantly enhancing our
loyalty program to keep it strong and of value to our customers.

Be assured I will be forwarding your information to our SkyMiles
department to verify any discrepancy your account might show.

Thank you for your support as a Platinum Medallion member and for
trusting your business to us with your loyalty since 1998. Be assured,
we will make every attempt to serve you well; we are focused on the
future and look forward to our continued business relationship.

Yeah, I had done the same a few weeks back. I ended it with a question as to why segment qualifiers' money is not as valuable to Delta. Got the same basic response except the inserted "as a segment qualifier" into one of the sentences.
