Well, I finally got around to writing a letter. Just as expected, I got a canned response, proving that they only skimmed my letter. I am Diamond (not Plat like they say), and I never said that the MQM rollover ended- I merely said that segment fliers were not getting the rollover. Here's the response:

I am truly sorry to learn of your disappointment with certain policies

Qualifying Miles and I apologize if you were informed to the contrary.
