My roughly 10,000 MQMs rolled over earlier in the week, but since then my Amex Plat 10,000 MQM threshold bonus posted (backdated to 12/31). So I'm back to the waiting game to ensure those roll over as well.

Also still waiting for my last amex 10k bonus to rollover. Got the email that I earned them a week ago.

Question. Not sure if it's the right thread. I had a PWM ticket MKE<>FLL 25-Dec to 4-Jan. On the return, massive maintenance delays and then the ticket posted as "Not Eligible for Miles." I was told by DM agent that it wasn't because of multiple re-issues due to maintenance delay but was a system-wide problem with PWM crediting properly. She submitted to "SkyMiles team" for processing. At the same time, they clawed back the miles for the 25-Dec leg that had already posted. During the period that rollover was added to my account, the 25-Dec leg was showing 0 which was then fixed late last week. Do you think they updated my rollover MQM for the miles on 25-Dec that they had dropped when they were calculated? I don't keep good enough records to know. It's 2100 MQM so not unsubstantial.

Any updates to 2018 MQM totals will get reflected in the 2019 Rollover amount after one of their regular sweeps. This process has been in place for a number of years. It happens all the time to people like me who don't clear their second AMEX MQM Boost spend threshold until the end of December and have to wait until their AMEX statement posts in January to get the MQM Boost credit. The MQM credit is actually backdated to 2018, and then the Rollover amount gets updated later when they run a sweep.

I had my roll over take place but MQD Waiver for 2018 didn't happen. So now I'm a GM with 37,243 roll over MQM when I should be platinum. My statement comes out January 18, should I wake to call Delta at that point?

Are you sure you met the $25K MQD Waiver spend requirement for 2018? Note that all spend must post by Dec 31 (sometimes it can take a day or two after the transaction date for the spend to post). Does it say you are over when you view your prior year details on delta.com? What does your online Amex spend total for 2018 say on the AMEX website?

I called Delta yesterday and they said it will post after my statement is available, which should me any day now. They also said I have until Jan 31st to get it sorted out if it does not post.

Rolled over
Diamond for 2019 and 63k rolled over. Mileage wasn't the main issue last year. I didn't meet the $15k spend on tickets requirement until November. Guessing the herd will be a lot thinner this year as a result of that requirement.

When I look back to 2018 on the Delta website, it shows 24-25k spend. My Amex total spend shows 26,480, so perhaps I had some unqualified spending. I will need to look deeper since this should have posted.
