What gives with DL .com not working

It was slow, but finally got to my IT. I tried several times, got the msg 999, then backed completely out and tried again, came up first time, go figure.

Yeah, mine was all messed up too!

Delta has been screwing up a lot lately with my reservations and inconsistent customer service.

Got a lot of #999 errors today, but then got a "time to check in" email from delta.com, and clicking the link from email sent me directly to the itinerary in question, and I was able to check in, no problem at all. Now, if EWR will actually be open and Delta flying out of there tomorrow around noon is another question... The flight is still listed as flying on time, and the FAA shows EWR as open, though JFK is shut down by snow.

Guess I will see in the morning !

Whatever the reason its unacceptable. Delta, please learn from this lesson and update your computer systems.

Me too. I suspect the load on their servers is very high due to the blizzards.

Looks like Maybe the IT people are back at work - hopefully loading changes to unfix the last IT fix for the choice benefits program.

That shouldn't impact that part of the system, just wonder if another 'enchancement' is about to be installed.
