Fare Rules
 

How in the world do you find the fare rules (not class) when using DL.com? No where do I see where it lists this information and I would like to know the rules prior to actually purchasing.

On the Trip Summary page listing the total price is a hyperlink, view change and cancellation policies at lower right, above the big red Review and Purchase box.

Be sure to wear your glasses, the link is in something like 6-point type.

Thanks. I wasn't looking to change/cancel, so I didn't click there. I swear there used to be a link to "Fare Rules" on that page?

IIRC you will get a screen with the basic "change and cancellation policies" and after you scroll all the way down to the bottom there will be another link or a "click here" button that says something like "Full Rules"

lately many of those links result in a screen that says "Rules for this fare are currently unavailable"

Yes there used to be a "Fare Rules" link that was easy to find...

I also had spent time looking for fare rules when researching a trip recently, since the "ugprade" to the dl.com site... and was unable to find them... so I am glad that you started this thread.

Don't trust a link that reads "This is a refundable fare".
