I just used the shower here 2 weeks ago?? I can confirm there is a shower. Long waitlist when I tried to use it around 6pm on a Friday evening. About 5 people in front of me. This was for the SkyClub near H gates.

Sure it was DL SC? The Skyclub listings show no showers for MIA.

Yes went to the SkyClub after flight got delayed by 3 hrs. I went to use the shower there as well. As far as I know, there is only 1 skyclub at MIA.

Loungebuddy seems to confirm it has showers. Checked again on Delta.com and it doesn't show showers for the lounge.

I was at the club yesterday and noted a door next to the men's room labeled "Shower Room" so I assume it is available.

Yes, only one SkyClub at MIA and it does have a shower. The SC underwent a minor renovation late last year I think so perhaps it was added then.

Yes, seems like there is only one Delta Skyclub at MIA - between Concourses H and J.
