Delta Security Called??? (Update)
Called my wife and left a message about a flight we will be taking. No reference number or anything.
Anyone else received this call? Also we have 4 flights booked for the next 4 months as well. No reference to which one. UPDATE: Got it all straighted out. Only had to deal with one rude agent :D |

The Delta rep didn't mention. Skymiles agent noted my flight has been suspended. Couldn't specify why.

While I never received a phone call I did have a similar experience this spring.
I had an itinerary "suspended" due to "fraud" (or suspected fraud, depends on who you ask). After hours and hours on the phone to many of the rudest Delta people who feel that is your itinerary is suspended due to fraud that you are a criminal I finally got through to the right person. There was never an issue, it was a mistake on Delta's part. Don't know if your issue is the same or similar, but at least you were notified. All of my contact information is correct. The only reason I discovered the issue was due to a misconnect resulting from a flight change so I had to call to get that fixed and then began chase your tail. I ended up with a sizeable DL$ credit because I was so very far from happy having spent 4-6 hours of my own time to resolve a problem that never existed. Hopefully they will treat you better. |
