missing itineraries?
 

They seem to be doing some schedule updates and I noticed several of my itineraries are missing. Just wondering if anyone else noticed the same...

I have been having the same problem... a few refreshes and they showed back up, however on one it was constantly not showing up and I had to pull it up via confirmation # and my SM's # was missing, so i re-entered it and voila!

Same problem - but the missings are random.

Three of mine were missing this morning. When I called Delta, they were aware of the problem, which has been happening on and off since yesterday. All reservations are okay, just not showing up.

Yep...mine keep appearing and disappearing randomly and refreshing does seem to solve the issue. As far as I can see the reservations, seat selections, etc. seem unaffected.

Mine started going missing earlier than yesterday--early Saturday morning (6/19/2010) for sure and I suspect a day or so before that. Currently I have five itineraries and delta.dumb usually shows me only three of them, but which three appear is random. When I first noticed this I panicked because one of the missing was a SQ F award ticket, but then I immediately realized that it randomly reappeared.

I always make have printouts of everything, so I hope I could force DL to reconstruct my trips if anything did go very wrong. This is a longstanding habbit that was enhanced when WorldPerks and SkyMiles were merged.

ADDED: I've also noticed that when I open an itinerary and, for example, look at seats, and then go back to the itinerary list, delta.dumb claims that it can find nothing.

Same thing here, started happening this past weekend.

I've noticed that the tab (on the left) on the homepage called "Itineraries & Check-In" (after logging in) seems to have all my itineraries and I'm going there now instead of the Itineraries & Check-in page.

Ditto. First noticed yesterday....

Nope. My seat selections appear and disappear as well.

Happend to me too yesteday. Put me in a panic but doing a refresh seemed to cycle them on and off until all of them were showing. Looks like Delta IT is doing their testing in production. ;)

Plain and simple - this is unacceptable for a major airline.

Does anyone know if Delta's IT staff is based in India?

My itinerary went missing yesterday.. I'd booked a ticket using a voucher and apparently the ticketing never went through. So seems like lots of IT issues at the moment.. :(

Each time I click on "Itineraries and Check-In" I get a different list of reservations. They're all mine, and once in a while it seems to be complete, but it does appear to be random.

I've had to enter the conf code for my current itin sporadically since yesterday. I thought it was just me. Now I know better. Frustrating to say the least.

Yep my wife's itn was really messed up yesterday, every time she logs on a different set appears. She has not checked today.
