Customer Care Survey

This is a new one on me....in the past I've received survey's to rate my flight experience but never been asked to rate my contact with customer care

I don't remember when I talked to customer care. I guess my last contact was an email. Don't know when I spoke to a live CSR (reservations yes but CC)?

I believe the "Elizabeth" is Elizabeth Reed, who heads up DL's customer care. Personally I have had great CS in the past month or two. Yeah, sometimes CSR/SMS needs to verify something with a supervisor but overall, pretty decent service.

Guess the polls about lousy service are finally getting to DL. That's a good thing.

I had similar thoughts as above...I'm like, um, which contact. I had bot the best service ever and worst service ever in the span of a month...so hard to tell what to say.
