Stoker, great info. Will the system not allow a GA to remove someone prior to t-9:59 or will the system allow it but the rules are that it is not to be done?

There's no system lock in there but it's the rule and it's not fair to break it. 10 minutes is generous, especially on larger aircraft. Especially with the 767, those take a long time to board with only L1 available for boarding.
