Missing MQM SkyMiles Answer
 

I found a glitch with rollover MQMs at the end of last year. I reached a spending limit on my Delta Amex card at the end of the year, and received 10,000 bonus MQMs noted on my January Amex statement. When these miles didn't show up on my Delta account after several months, I spoke with Delta customer service who said it can take "quite some time" for bonus miles to appear on my Delta account.

Then I noticed that now Delta has given me credit for these miles, but put them in December, after already rolling over my "leftover" MQMs. So those 10,000 MQMs now appear in the 2009 totals, but never rolled over. I again spoke with Delta customer service and they said it will be fixed and show correctly in my account within the next week.

But for those of you who earned bonus miles at the end of the year it may pay to double check when they were credited to your account to make sure they rolled over.

It happened to me as well and the miles once credited to 2009 took about 1 week to rollover.
