Why am I always last?

I know I'm just an FO on a T fare, but why am I always last on the UG list? I mean, there must be another FO on a T fare somewhere out there?

It's funny at this point, really. First I was 2 of 2... then 4 of 4... now 7 of 7...

Am I the only FO in the world?

Heh... it's truly funny, and I really don't mind, I know my place in the pecking order... but... there must be ANOTHER FO out there on this flight. I wouldn't even mind if I was just 56 out of 57. Let me be ahead of someone! Anyone?

You are very low on the pecking order. Also, an FO on a T fare that has checked-in before you is higher than you. [Correction: At time of ticketing not check-in time] From cwsi.net/mupc.aspx

Your rank is lower than:
DM | Y
DM | Amex | B, M, H, Q, K, L, U, T
DM | B, M, H, Q, K, L, U, T
PM | Amex | Y
PM | Y
GM | Amex | Y
GM | Y
FO | Amex | Y
FO | Y
PM | B, M, H, Q, K, L, U, T
GM | B, M, H, Q, K, L, U, T
FO | B, M, H, Q, K, L, U,

Tiebreak for [FO on a T fare with no DL Res Amex]

#1 If you have a Delta Reserve AmEx card
#2 Time or request. Your reservation will have a request time at the time of ticketing in most situations.

Your rank is higher than:

PM | Y, B, M, H, Q, K using a companion upgrade to upgrade non-elite
GM | Y, B, M, H, Q, K using a companion upgrade to upgrade non-elite
FO | Y, B, M, H, Q, K using a companion upgrade to upgrade non-elite
Non-elites purchasing an upgrade (ticket must be in Y, B, M, H, Q or K class) - done by time requested.

Not time of check-in but time of request, which the second point in your list states. Time of request is usually time of ticketing.

Check-in time does not matter; but rather time of ticketing is what matters with two people at the same level / fare class

Think of it this way -- you are ahead of all the people *not* on the upgrade list

If it's any consolation, you will always be ahead of me no matter what the game is or the standby list looks like...

I look at you with envy.

I've heard from good authority that you're on the "Director" promotion list (and we all know once that happens you become space positive)....now my source didn't know when they'd start processing the Director Promotion list but he did verify that you were on it but said it could be a while....

With all the possible combinations of Medallion levels and fare classes, another FO on a T fare isn't really that likely when there are 7 people on the waiting list. Once it gets up to 57 though, you might find yourself in #55 or #56.

lowest of the low...

why would one expect to be higher on the list with the lowest of the low "T" fare --- if you want to get an upgrade as Silver, you need to buy more expensive fares, as well as find flights that aren't normally traveled -- i.e. mid-week or extremely early am Sat/Sun flights ...

Good luck!
