Skymiles Customer Resolution?
Recently both my husband and I received 5000 Skymiles. They posted to our accounts as "Non Air Activity Skymiles Customer Resolution". My miles were posted the first of January and my husband's were posted last week.
We are always happy to receive Skymiles, but have no idea why we would have received these miles. We have not complained to anyone about any thing. We have not been on a flight that had an unreasonable delay. Any ideas regarding these miles?
