Split miles between FF Programs on one Ticket
 

I have a ticket that is Delta for 2 segements DL outbound and 2 segement return. One return segment is an AF L Class and the other is a DL L Class.

I know the AF Segment in L does not earn for DL. I removed my Delta #, and hope to send in the one AF segement to AF for credit (I need it to keep 200,000 miles from expiring) and then send the other three delta segments to delta.

Is this possible through the mail?

Probably won't work and honestly, if I had 200K miles that were about to expire, I would be 110% certain that whatever I do, those miles don't expire. Even if that means I lose some miles in the DL program (which are growing more and more worthless anyway).
