Crazy Delta pricing... Mardi Gras Trip
I have been waiting for the fares to drop for MCO - MSY for the weekend before Mardi Gras. I have been refreshing bing.com/travel for the last week.
Delta price all week $500
Other airlines ~$350
I did a refresh 30 seconds ago and the price was now
Delta = $200
Other Airlines = ~$550
Is that crazy or what?
Of course I just purchased my Mardi Gras trip tickes at $220

Endymion Rides again Feb 13th Mid City here we come...

And anyone following this saga looking for another airline would have the same/opposite reaction. It can always be like this. Someone cancelled, flights were added, flights were cancelled, there are so many variables at work here.

You just never know. I don't think DL knows. There are too many factors. I keep checking prices throughout the day. I am waiting for NYC - LAS to drop from $400+ to $300+. Come on DL gods!
