Is there any way to "elevate" a missing miles request?
 

I'm missing credit for an AZ Business Class flight EWR-FCO in October (the return flight came through without trouble). I've spoke to the Medallion service people twice, and given them reservation and ticket numbers with no effect. I'm currently 1,500 miles short of GM and this will put me over the top. Any suggestions on a different approach?

I've found that faxing in BPs gets the fastest response.

Faxing the BPs has always had the credit in the account within 2 days maximum. I'd take that approach...just did it last week for a missing CO flight from October and it was in there the next day.

Faxed in the pages yesterday and got processed (and elevated to GM) overnight.
