According to http://skymilesoffers.delta.com/airline_partners.php
Midwest Airlines: Mileage may be earned on all Midwest-operated flights. The effective date of mileage credit is October 1, 2009. Earn 100% of actual miles flown (500 minimum). Earn 100% Medallion Qualifying Miles for fare classes: Y, B, H, V, Q, K, W, M, T, R. O. P. Earn Medallion Qualifying Segments for fare classes: Y, B, H, V, Q, K, W, M, T, R, O, P. If I book an LAX-MKE flight on Midwest YX752, an A319 operated by Frontier, would I earn appropriate DL miles and MQMs? |
Yes, if it's booked as Midwest (YX) flight.
|
I can verify that, since I did receive the miles and EQMs, plus Elite bonus, from two YX-coded Frontier flights in November. If you're enrolled in the Amex double miles promotion, though, you won't get that.

How long did it take to post? I just flex YX last week and am curious.
|
Update - my outbound on YX posted today - took 8 days. Will have to see if its consistently 8 days based on when the return flt posted.
Side note: The outbound was a combination of Republic and Chataqua (sp?) and both got credit. Didn't know there aren't any actual YX planes until I flew this. |
