NWA E-Cert Use

Does anyone know if NWA E-certs can be used on Delta.com?

I have a couple $100 offs that weren't supposed to expire until Dec. 31, 2009.

Thanks.

why don't you use them on nwa.com ... should be able to book the same flights. I haven't been able to use them on delta.com

I tried to use them nwa.com but it said they were not valid. I wonder if it has something to do with the merger.

If you're holding the PK161 $100 off ecerts, virtually all of these were invalidated by NW due to scammers hacking the system and fraudulently producing codes.

If you received these legitimately then I would suggest you do a TTU and see if you can get them replaced.

What is a TTU?

TTU Talk To Us. E-mail NW.

I've used TTU and they told me that the ecert has been used and they gave me a confirmation number that didn't match any of my itineraries. I didn't use it.

I had two ecerts and both of them were supposedly used already.
