A great grassroots effort! I hope this makes a difference. I'm still waiting for a reply to my letters sent in January ... I've stopped holding my breath!

More thanks to Kevin Pinto

I gifted Silver status to my daughter a few days ago, and based on other posts that the threshold awards were not working I was not surprised that nothing reflected on her status. Yesterday I emailed Kevin and this morning it happened.

Not the first time he has come to the rescue, and I don't want to overload him with requests , but he has proven to be a real winner for Delta

Kevin has always been a really good guy to reach out to if you are not successful going up the chain of command. One should always start out with a call to a phone rep explaining your issue before escalating it. @:-)

I had the same story as the OP. Great job, Kevin!! ^^

Kevin can't do it alone, however. DL needs quite a few more people with that level of dedication (and empowerment) to customer support.

I had the same experiences. If Kevin and Chisholm are allowed to change DL we will be in great shape. Thanks to Kevin.

I also want to voice my thanks to Kevin. He has come through a number of times for me. He really does exemplify the type of service Delta should provide all the time.

I concur with all the above. My request was a simple email question, but it was handled within a day with a concise, very easy to understand answer.

Another Thumbs Up!

He solved our problem, too! A company can spend millions on marketing and image campaigns, but for my money, having someone like Kevin who actually gets things done is the best investment a company can make.

Kevin, if you're reading this, please know that your work is deeply appreciated. Thanks for being there for us!
