This looks like great fun. (I have never attended a do; I thinking that this could be a wonderful first.) Any chance of meeting the meeting the "red-headed, finger-wagging, spunky, darlin' Delta spokesperson"?

Depending on my travel schedule, I would love to try to make it down. Is there a minimum calendar age (I won't go with emotional/mental age, since my wife will tell you that can vary with me... )? I may want to have one of my rugrats (all under 10, if this happens before June) tag along.

This is the one you want to attend. First the planning is amazing. Everyone on the FT and DL side do a great job of making everything come together and it was really interactive. We even got to see a black box and see how faint the pinger sound is.

Most of the venues are within short walking distance and the Delta staff are really glad to see that customers are interested in the areas that are not as visible as the airport and plane operations.

Can't wait to attend this year.

Sounds like fun. Interested in attending but await the dates for final decision. I second the question about age requirement, b/c my almost 16 y/o would love the plane tours etc.

Thank you for offering.

Due to the potential scope of this event, we may need more volunteers.

What? I'm just asking...
Actually, we offer something even better...

...a good old-fashioned water ditching exercise during the Road Warrior Training in an Olympic-sized swimming pool where all can get dunked.

For some events, such as the Delta Air Lines Employee Block Party, that would be fine.

For other events, I am not sure that is advisable.

I would be more than happy to help as a volunteer as well, provided that the set dates are not 5/1-5/10 and 5/20-5/26...
