F -Mileage can only be posted to one program account
Here's a new one. Just noticed the following in my WP activity. Flights are showing but no miles posted. In the "code" section I am seeing the following:
Code Definition for Mileage Activity:
F -Mileage can only be posted to one program account
Flights were purchased months ago and had WP number in them. I did not change as the e-mail we received said we did not need to worry about it (and to be quite honest, given the reports of status not being recognized, I didn't want to mess with things).
Wondering what sort of hassle I am going to have to endure to get this resolved....

DL allows credit to one FF program per itinerary, not crediting to alternate accounts segment by segment. This is a longstanding (yes, documented) rule.
IMO the OP's difficulty results from Delta's belief that those segments received credit in another program. If that's not true, this is easily corrected.

I guess what I am curious about is what would possibly trigger this message!?!? I have only ever had my WP number in the record. I am wondering if whatever they are doing behind the scenes has made the system think I am trying to get both WP and SM credit.
It's a bit irritating to be told "For all existing bookings that include your previous WorldPerks account number, you do not have to do anything - you will still receive mileage credit" yet now I am going to have to spend time documenting the flight to get credit.
I appreciate the fax number...is there any chance anyone out there has the NW fax number in Chisholm? No offense to the Delta folks, but as a former (current) NW Plat I feel like I have a bit more sway with that crowd. Can I use the Fax Correspondence number on the back of my NWA Plat card?
