I've taken this flight about 6 times this year, and perhaps nearly as many last year. There is really not much to complain about. The new seats are pretty comfy, much better than DL's BE seats, they lay almost flat (more so than NW/KLM WBC), the food is very good, though in my opinion I think KLM is actually better (the French would freak out over that). The amenity kit is fine, I actually really like the shoe bags and use them all the time to pack shoes inside luggage, I do wish they would include a pen, so I don't have to hunt one up to fill in the customs forms.
I've found many times in the past the the KLM flight opens up WBC seats for saver awards the day before the flight, if you haven't used up your 2 change freebies, that's an option too.
The ONLY thing I would ask AF to do, is please for the love of God, lower the temperature...I always feel like I've spent an hour in a turkish bath with all my cloths on.

Thank you all. I am booked on AF73 in Business outbound 1/8 and returning on AF62 on 1/14. Both triple 7 and perfect times for me. Outbound is 9:40pm getting in to Paris at 5:15 pm and return is 10:45 am in to LA at 1:25 pm (beat the traffic on the 405!). All of this for 100k miles and $136.50 in taxes.
