Status not showing up properly on NWA.com
I booked an itinerary a couple months back when I was FO - through delta.com but 4/6 legs on NW-metal.
I've since made GM, but the itinerary on NWA.com still shows FO.
Was not a NW elite.
Should I just call and get this fixed? Do I call NW? I expect to make PM before this itinerary and would like to have my status properly reflected for upgrades/miles bonus, etc.
