Should I get some cuban currency before arriving? If so, where to get the best rate?

Must buy them cheap from those who forget to change/spend before they leave. I'll have to check the outfit near me but we're far away from Cuba. It's (CUC, and CUP for that matter of fact) just one of those not only minor but managed currencies which don't really have any market-determined value.
