ORD-MEX-HAV-MEX-ORD with Global Entry

Global Entry person here. If I book

1 ORD - MEX Non-stop
2 MEX - HAV Non-stop
3 HAV - MEX Non-stop
4 MEX - ORD Non-stop

as a multi-trip flight and try using the system at ORD, Will I get flagged as coming from Havana? I am due to renew at the end of the year so dont want to risk anything that would prevent the renewal since I need to go in person to TSA to renew apparently.

Just returned HAV-LAX-SEA. Zero interest going through Global Entry at LAX. I marked "yes" to agricultural product, and apparently that was the correct choice as they want to know how much rum and cigars you were carrying. As long as you're within the allowed amount, the response is a simple nod of the head.

Of note, I've had more interrogation over a chocolate croissant coming in from CDG than I had of any item from HAV.

My son declared nothing and there was no difference than returning from any other country. Walked right through immigration and customs using the GOES lines.
