Does anybody know:

1)When bookings will start?
2)When the first itineraries will start (month/year)

Correct! She will be inauguration from Ft. Lauderdale but, it will be first sails for Caribbean or Bahamas. I am not sure where newest cruise ship can go there. I'll find out if I can hear anything more new information. I'll response you back soon.

The bookings for Oasis open as follows:

Aug. 21: Diamond Plus and Diamond members
Aug. 28: All Crown and Anchor members
Sep. 3: Open to all

The ship will sail an Eastern Caribbean itinerary (St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Nassau) weekly until May 1, when it will alternate Western Caribbean (Labadee, Falmouth Jamaica, and Cozumel) with the Eastern.
